Fish Resources Authority 1 / 4
08 Headquarters · Port Said

Fish Resources Authority

A hull-shaped glazed skylight running the full length of the headquarters atrium.

  • Glass ceilings
  • Space-frame skylight
  • Structural glazing

The centrepiece of the Port Said headquarters is a hull-shaped glazed skylight running the full length of the building’s atrium — a form chosen to echo the Authority’s maritime work. Falcon Metal engineered, fabricated and installed the complete assembly: the triangulated aluminium space frame, the tinted structural glazing, and the perimeter flashings and drainage that keep it watertight against a demanding coastal climate.

Supply & Provisioning Authority 1 / 4
09 Headquarters Tower

Supply & Provisioning Authority

A classical headquarters elevation resolved entirely in aluminium, arches and cornices included.

  • Curtain walls
  • Aluminium cladding
  • Windows & doors

A classical elevation demanded a glazing system that would follow it exactly — arched heads, deep reveals and stepped cornices, all resolved in aluminium without breaking the architectural line. Falcon Metal supplied and installed the full envelope: reflective curtain walling to the central bay, arched window assemblies to the flanking bays, and perforated decorative panels throughout — fabricated to survey and erected floor by floor as the scaffold came down.

Signal Corps Officers’ Club 1 / 4
10 Officers’ Club Building

Signal Corps Officers’ Club

Large-span curtain walls, composite cladding and perforated screens for the officers’ club.

  • Curtain walls
  • Composite cladding
  • Structural glazing

Scope: large-span aluminium curtain walling to the main halls and entrance, composite panel cladding to the pilasters and cornices, and perforated aluminium screens across the elevations. Falcon Metal fabricated every profile, panel and screen in the workshop and installed the complete envelope on site, carrying the building’s decorative language through in aluminium throughout.

Madinaty Data Centre 1 / 4
11 Madinaty · New Cairo

Madinaty Data Centre

A hipped pyramid rooflight in aluminium and tinted glass, built over an occupied building.

  • Glass ceilings
  • Pyramid rooflight
  • Aluminium framing

The atrium is capped by a hipped pyramid rooflight built entirely in aluminium — a structure that had to carry its own glass, shed rainwater cleanly and sit dead level on an occupied roof slab. Falcon Metal set out the frame from survey, fabricated every hip and rafter to length, and glazed it in tinted units that cut solar gain while keeping the space below daylit. The assembly was completed without interrupting work on the floors underneath.

Kafr El-Sheikh University 1 / 3
12 Conference Halls

Kafr El-Sheikh University

Six full-height glazed bays for the conference halls, fabricated to millimetre tolerance.

  • Curtain walls
  • Structural glazing
  • Windows & doors

Six full-height glazed bays run the length of the conference block, each set between deep concrete pilasters and each demanding millimetre tolerance on site. Falcon Metal surveyed every opening after the structure was cast, fabricated the mullions and transoms to suit, and installed reflective glazing that keeps the halls daylit without overheating them — delivered to the university’s programme.

Al Borg Scan 1 / 4
13 El-Gazayer Square · Maadi

Al Borg Scan

A two-storey composite and glass frontage, installed by rope access over a live street.

  • Composite cladding
  • Shopfront glazing
  • Signage frames

Scope: aluminium composite cladding to two full storeys, dark reflective structural glazing, top-hung opening vents, and the aluminium framing that carries the illuminated signage. Falcon Metal fabricated the panels and glazing frames in the workshop, set them out to survey, and installed the complete frontage by rope access over a live street — no road closure and no disruption to the floors above.

Military Ordnance Hotel 1 / 4
14 Hotel & Officers’ Mess

Military Ordnance Hotel

Slim aluminium frames and reflective glazing set within the hotel’s classical reveals.

  • Curtain walls
  • Structural glazing
  • Windows & doors

Scope: slim-sighted aluminium frames to the full-height openings, reflective structural glazing, and thermally broken aluminium windows and doors throughout. Falcon Metal profiled the frames to sit within the classical reveals rather than across them, glazed them in reflective units, and completed the installation floor by floor as the scaffold was struck.

Future Mall 1 / 3
15 Mostakbal City

Future Mall

A full-height entrance wall built as one continuous plane, carried through the retail frontages.

  • Curtain walls
  • Entrance glazing
  • Structural glazing

The mall’s entrance is its whole identity: a full-height glazed wall set beneath a curved canopy and framed between two solid stone masses. Falcon Metal built that wall as a single continuous plane — no visible transoms interrupting the sightline — and carried the same system through the retail frontages either side, so the envelope reads as one piece from the approach road.

Aknan Contracting HQ 1 / 3
16 Head Office Building

Aknan Contracting HQ

Composite cladding, dark glazing and a louvred screen, with joint lines unbroken around every corner.

  • Composite cladding
  • Curtain walls
  • Louvre screens

Scope: grey aluminium composite cladding across all four elevations, dark structural glazing to the upper floors, red accent fins and canopy fascias, and a full-height louvred aluminium screen to the service core. Falcon Metal fabricated the panels, fins and louvres to a single tolerance so the joint lines run unbroken around every corner of the building.

Aviation Plaza 1 / 2
17 El-Tayaran St · Nasr City

Aviation Plaza

Curved curtain walls glazed as continuous drums from the second floor to the roof.

  • Curved curtain walls
  • Structural glazing
  • Windows & doors

Scope: curved aluminium curtain walling to the projecting corner bays, blue reflective structural glazing, and aluminium windows and doors throughout the tower. The curved bays were the difficulty: each pane had to follow a true radius across several floors with no visible kinks at the joints. Falcon Metal set the radius out on site, fabricated the curved profiles to match, and glazed the bays as continuous drums from second floor to roof.

Lafarge Ready-Mix
18 Administration Building

Lafarge Ready-Mix

Blue reflective curtain walls and a curved glazed entrance drum between stone-clad wings.

  • Curtain walls
  • Curved glazing
  • Windows & doors

Scope: blue reflective curtain walling across both storeys, a curved glazed drum to the central entrance bay, and thermally broken aluminium windows and doors throughout. Falcon Metal set the curve out from the concrete frame, fabricated the radiused mullions to suit, and glazed the entrance bay as one continuous sweep between the stone-clad wings.
